Driveway Resurfacing in Maple Grove

This driveway resurfacing project in Maple Grove restored 60 feet of severely cracked and worn concrete near Elm Creek Park Reserve. The existing driveway had suffered extensive frost damage over 25 years, with surface deterioration and spalling throughout. Rather than a costly full tear-out, we applied a durable concrete overlay to bring the surface back to like-new condition.

Our crew cleaned and profiled the existing slab, repaired structural cracks, and applied a polymer-modified concrete overlay with a professional broom finish for optimal traction in wet and icy conditions. Control joints were scored to match the original layout and manage any future movement.
